Spring RING Classic - Branson

Tournament Info:

• April 24-26, 2026
• 3 game minimum
• Ages: 8U - 14U
• A/AA & Open Divisions
• 8U Machine Pitch, 9U, 14U Divisions will be played at Branson RecPlex.
• 10U - 13U Divisions will be played at Ballparks of America.
• 9U will play full baseball rules
• Teams must be sanctioned with Game 7 for 2026.
• Sanction Fee ($60) must be paid before tournament registration.
• Double Points Weekend

Tournament Fee:

• Entry Fee - $425 (8U Machine Pitch) All games played at Branson RecPlex (Turf)
• Entry Fee - $545 (9U) All games played at Branson RecPlex (Turf)
• Entry Fee - $645 (10U - 12U) All games played at Ballparks of America
• Entry Fee - $675 (13U) All games played ay Ballparks of America
• Entry Fee - $675 (14U) All games played at Branson RecPlex (Turf)
• Ballparks of America  & Branson RecPlex charges a daily gate fee

Day Pass Pricing

• Adult (13 & Up): $10/day
• Seniors (65 and over): $6/day
• Children (7 - 12 years): $6/day
• Children 6 and under: Free
• Coaches: Free (limit 2 per team)

Weekend Pass Pricing (Friday-Sunday)

• Adult (13 & Up): $20/weekend (3 day events)
• Seniors (65 and over): $12/weekend
• Children (7 - 12 years): $12/weekend
• Children 6 and under: Free
• Coaches: Free (limit 2 per team)

Payment Policy:

TEAMS MUST SUBMIT PAYMENT TO SECURE YOUR SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT.
The event registration fee must be paid to confirm your team's spot in the tournament.
Teams that choose to pay later may be moved to the waitlist if other teams register and pay before them, regardless of when they register.
Divisions may sell out prior to the payment deadline. The number of spots in any given division may fluctuate.

Online Payment Fee:

When paying with a credit card or debit card, there will be an online processing fee. This fee is not refundable and not able to be applied as a credit.
The processing fee is a convenience fee paid to the credit card processor.
You can mail a check to avoid this fee. Please email the office when you mail your check with check number and we can confirm your entry. You must contact a director directly. Please do not text.

Hotels:

This is a STAY to PLAY event.

For the events at Ballparks of America & Branson RecPlex, it is required that teams traveling 75 miles or more to this event, reserve their hotel accommodations through their hotel partner.

EventConnect will manage all overnight accommodations for traveling teams. Their pre-negotiated tournament hotels will ensure that all participants are receiving the best group rates, amenities, cancellation protections and service. They ask that all hotel activity takes place on this network, which will provide the best experience possible.

Failure to use EventConnect and meet the Hotel Reservations requirements will result in a $500 Hotel Buy Out Fee.  Hotel Buy Out Fees would be due prior to being scheduled for your event.
